Returns & Exchange Policy
You may exchange any product purchased from our store by following the instructions below. We operate Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST. All emails will be answered within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and all major U.S. holidays. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for responses during the holiday season or during new product launches.
In the event you need to return a product, this must be completed within 14 days of your original delivery date and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer. If upon arrival you receive any defective or damaged merchandise please send us a note using our Contact Us page so we can assess the return/exchange eligibility.
